Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRES TELECOMMUNICATIONS EMPLOYERS TO DESCRIBE THEI TRAINING PROGRAM. DSHA NEEDS THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE IF EMPLOYE ARE TRAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DSHA STANDARDS. EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES ALSO USE THIS INFORMATION TO KEEP TRACK OF WHICH EMPLOYEE H RECEIVED WHAT TRAINING.
