THE MINERALS MANAGEMENT SERVICE WILL
USE THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE AREAS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY AND
FURTHER CONSIDERATION FOR LEASING AND TO DETERMINE IF THE APPLICANT
OR BIDDER FILING FOR A LEASE OR RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE OCS IS
QUALIFIED TO HOLD SUCH A LEASE OR RIGHT-OF-WAY. RESPONDENTS ARE
FEDERAL OIL AND GAS LESSEES.
