Abstract: GSA FORM 18 IS PREPARED BY ELEEMOSYNARY (CHARITABLE) INSTITUTIONS TO REQUEST THE DONATION OF FORFEITED DISTILLED SPIRITS, WINE, OR MALT BEVERAGES. IT IS USED BY THE GSA NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION TO DETERMINE AN INSTITUTION'S ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FORFEITED DISTILLED SPIRITS DONATION PROGRAM AND TO MATCH AN INSTITUTION'S NEEDS WITH THE BEVERAGES THAT BECOME AVAILABLE.
