COLLECTION OF INFORMATION IS, THEREFORE, NOT APPROVED FOR USE BY
THE AGRICULTURAL MARKETNG SERVICE AT THIS TIME. SHOULD THE AMS
RESUBMIT THIS PROPOSED COLLECTION TO OMB FOR APPROVAL UNDER THE
PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT, THE SUPPORTING STATEMENT MUST INCLUDE AN
OPINION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE'S GENERAL COUNSEL,
