LACKEY OF OMB, IS APPROVED FOR ONE YEAR. THE NEXT REQUEST FOR
APPROVAL SHOULD INCLUDE AN ANALYSIS OF THE KINDS OF DATA EDUCATION
NEEDS TO MEASURE OVERALL PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS AND THE WAYS IN
WHICH THE PROPOSED PERFORMANCE REPORTS WILL HELP TO MEET THOSE
NEEDS. EDUCATION SHOULD MAKE BETTER USE OF THESE FORMS FOR PROGRAM

SPECIAL SERVICES GRANTEES ARE REQUIRED

EVALUATE PROJECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS, COMPLIANCE AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE,
AND COLLECT IMPACT DATA FOR BUDGET SUBMISSIONS AND CONGRESSIONAL
HEARINGS.
