Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER FOR OSM TO APPORTION APPROXIMATELY ONE BILLION DOLLARS TO STATES AND INDIAN TRIBES FOR RECLAMATION OF ABANDONED MINE LANDS. WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION OSM WIL BE UNABLE TO SELECT THE MOST SERIOUS PROBLEMS FOR RECLAMATION.
