REDUCING THE LENGTH OF TIME UNITS REMA VACANT IN PUBLIC AND INDIAN
HOUSING PROJECTS. DATA WILL REFLECT REASO FOR HIGH VACANCY RATES,
AS WELL AS TRACK THOSE PROJECTS WITH VACANCY RATES AT, OR ABOVE,
THE 6 PERCENT LEVEL.
