PROCEDURES FOR MAKING GRANTS UNDER SECTION 533 OF THE HOUSING ACT
OF 1949 TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS TO CONDUCT HOUSING
PRESERVATION PROGRAMS BENEFITIN VERY LOW - AND LOW - INCOME RURAL
RESIDENTS.
