REQUIRES AN ACCOUNTING OF U.S. CITIZENS WHO HAVE TRAVELED ABROAD ON
ITS GRANTS TO PRIVATE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THESE ORGANIZATIONS
WILL PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REGARDING TRAVELERS SUPPORTED BY USIA
GRANTS DURING THE LA FIVE YEARS SO THAT THE AGENCY CAN MAKE ITS
MANDATED REPORT TO CONGRESS.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
