SECTION 401 OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION
ACT OF 1958, AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZE THE BOARD TO REGULATE THE
PERFORMANCE OF CHARTER TRIPS OR OTHER SPECIA SERVICES BY
CERTIFICATED AIR CARRIER. PART 208 OF THE BOARD'S ECONOMIC
REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTS THIS AUTHORITY. THE USES OF THE INFORMATION
COLLECTIONS ARE REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, AND CONSUMER PROTECTION. AIR
CARRIERS, TRAVEL AGENTS AND CHARTERS ARE THE RESPONDENTS.
