Abstract: THE CROP INSURANCE PROGRAM IMPROVES THE ECONOMIC STABILITY OF AGRICULTURE THROUGH THE SOUND SYSTEM OF CROP INSURANCE BY PROVIDING ALL RISK INSURANCE FOR INDIVIDUAL FARMERS TO ASSURE A BASIC INCOME AGAINST DROUGHT, FREEZE, INSECT AND OTHER NATURAL CAUSES OR DISASTROUS LOSSES.
