Abstract: THIS EVALUATION EFFORT REPRESENTS THE SECOND EVALUATION OF THE YOUNG VOLUNTEERS IN ACTION (YVA) PROGRAM BUT THE FIRST MEASUREMENTS OF YVA EFFECTS. DATA WILL BE COLLECTED FROM YVA PROJECT DIRECTORS, YVA VOLUNTEERS, WORKSTATION SUPERVISORS, AND COMMUNITY LEADERS AND MEMBERS AT 19 YVA PROJECT LOCATIONS.
