Abstract: THE ADULT EDUCATION ACT REQUIRES STATE EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES TO SUBMIT STATE PLANS EVERY THREE YEARS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FEDERAL FUNDS FOR ADULT EDUCATION PROGRAMS. PROGRAM STAFF REVIEW THE PLANS TO ENSURE TH THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ADULT EDUCATION ACT AND ITS IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS.
