Abstract: THE BUREAU IS PLANNING TO TEST AND EVALUATE VARIOUS METHODS FOR ADDRES LIST COMPILATION AND UPDATE METHODS TO BE USED IN THE 1990 DECENNIAL CENSUS. THIS TEST WILL REQUIRE RESPONDENTS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABO THEIR MAILING ADDRESS, AND IN SOME CASES, THE PHYSICAL LOCATION OF THE HOUSING UNIT AND THE NAME OF THE HOUSEHOLDER.
