Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO COMPLY WITH P.L. 96-30, DATED JULY 2, 198 WHICH MANDATES THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CLEARINGHOUSE FOR THE DISSEMINATION AND EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION BETWEEN SBDC'S. THE INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE TYPE OF CLEARINGHOUSE NEEDED, BEST LOCATION, REQUIRED RESOURCES, ISSUES SURROUNDING COMPUTERIZATION, ETC. THE 35 SBDC'S PRESENTLY PARTICIPATING IN THEIR PROGRAM AND EIGHT OF THEIR CONSORTIUM MEMBERS .
