SEC. 73.1125 REQUIRES THAT AM, FM AND
TV STATIONS PROMPTLY NOTIFY THE FCC OF RELOCATION OF MAIN STUDIO.
THIS NOTIFICATION INFORMS THE FCC OF STATION'S CHANGE IN MAILING
ADDRESS, ASSURES THE FCC THAT THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE
PRINCIPAL COMMUNITY IT'S LICENSED TO SERVE, IS IN FULL COMPLIANCE
WITH FCC RULES AND IS ACTING IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST. MAIN STUDIO IS
IN THE STATION'S PRINCIPAL COMMUNITY WHICH IT SERVES.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
