Abstract: FORM DSP-94 HAS BEEN DEVELOPED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF SECTION 126.6(C) OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC IN ARMS REGULATIONS (ITAR), AS REVISED ON DECEMBER 6, 1984. IT WILL REPLACE THE USE OF DSP-5 FOR THE EXPORT OF DEFENSE ARTICLES AND SERVICES BY FOREIGN DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS AND THEIR AUTHORIZED FREIGHT FORWARDERS UNDER THE FOREIGN MILITARY SALES PROGRAM
