Abstract: RAILROAD SERVICE PRIOR TO 1937 WHICH CAN BE USED FOR ENTITLEMENT TO AN AMOUNT OF ANNUITY UNDER THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT IS NOT CARRIED ON BOARD RECORDS. THE REPORTS OBTAIN VERIFICATION OF SUCH SERVICE FROM EMPLOYER RECORDS OR IN THE ABSENCE OF SUCH RECORDS, OBTAIN INFORMATION FROM THE APPLICANT TO SUPPORT THE CLAIM.
