Abstract: THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) WITH SUBCONTRACTOR, INTERNATIONAL ENERGY ASSOCIATES LIMITED (CONTRACT NO. 31-109-38-6934), SHALL RANDOMLY TELEPHONE SURVY THE RESIDENTS WITHIN THE EMERGENCY PLANNING ZONE (EPZ) OF 35 NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS AS STIPULATED IN APPENDIX 3 OF NUREG 0654/REMA-REP-1. FROM AN APPROXIMATE SAMPLE OF 750 HOUSEHOLDS, BETW. 250 AND 350 RESIDENTS WILL BE VOLUNTARILY SURVEYED, FOLLOWING THE ATT. STANDARDIZED QUESTIONNAIRE (SEE ATT. 2).
