Abstract: TRANSACTION RECORDS PROVIDE THE SOURCE DATA FOR ACCOUNTS OF DISTILLED SPIRITS IN ALL DSP OPERATIONS. THEY ARE USED BY DSP PROPRIETORS TO ACCOUNT FOR SPIRITS AND BY THE ATF PERSONNEL TO VERIFY THOSE ACCOUNTS AND CONSEQUENT TAX LIABILITIES.
