MAINTAIN A FILE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION. THE CONTENTS OF THE FILE
WILL DIFFER ACCORDING TO SERVICE AND STATUS. THIS FILE ASSURES THE
COMMISSION THAT GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED AND
THE PUBLIC INTEREST SERVED.
