Abstract: THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS UTILIZE ENG FORMS 3925 AND 3925B AS THE BASIC SOURCE DOCUMENTS FOR COMPILATION AND PUBLICATION OF STATISTICAL DATA FOR THE WCSC PROGRAM. THE ENG FORM 3925B IS AN OPTIONAL FORM USED IN LIEU OF ENG FORM 3925 BY INLAND WATER WAY OPERATORS FOR REPORTING SHALLOW DRAFT BARGE AND TOW BOAT OPERATIONS ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
