Abstract: ESTABLISH UNIFORM PROCEDURES FOR PORCESSING COLOR-OF-TITLE CLAIMS. THIS FORM AIDS IN THE DOCUMENTATION OF EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THE COLOR OF-TITLE APPLICATION AS REQUIRED BY THE ACTS OF DECEMBER 22, 1928, AS AMENDED AND FEBRUARY 23, 1932. ANY INDIVIDUAL, GROUP OR CORPORATION AUTHORIZED TO HOLD TITLE TO LAND IN THE STATE AND WHO BELIEVES HE HAS A VALID CLAIM UNDER COLOR-OF-TITLE.
