Abstract: FEDERAL MANAGERS NEED BASIC NATIONWIDE INFORMATION ON ELIGIBLE CHILDREN ENROLLED UNDER A STATE'S EPSDT PROGRAM TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE EFFECT OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS ON THIS IMPORTANT PREVENTIVE ASPECT OF MEDICAID.
