GSA should
continue to stress the point that contractors may substitute their
existing internal work reports with the addition of the
certification contained in form 3090-0060. THis should reduce
burden hours by encouraging contractors to use information
routinely collected for their internal use.

THE GSA FORM 3430 IS NEEDED IN THE
ADMINISTRATION OF BUILDING SERVICE CONTRACTS. THE FORM IS SUBMITTED
BY CONTRACTORS AND IS USED TO ENSURE THAT THE LABOR HOURS REQUIRED
BY THE CONTRACT ARE PROVIDED.
