0654/REMA-REP-1. FROM AN APPROXIMATE SAMPLE OF 750 HOUSEHOLDS,
BETW. 250 AND 350 RESIDENTS WILL BE VOLUNTARILY SURVEYED, FOLLOWING
THE ATT. STANDARDIZED QUESTIONNAIRE (SEE ATT. 2).
