Abstract: SECTION 74.751(C) AND (D) REQUIRES THAT TELEVISION TRANSLATOR LICENSEES REPORT TO FCC IN WRITING EQUIPMENT CHANGES WHICH MAY BE MADE AT LICENSEE'S DISCRETION WITHOUT USE OF FORMAL APPLICATION FORM AND THAT LICENSEES PLACE A CERTIFICATION IN THE STATION FILE THAT THE NEW INSTALLATION COMPLIES WITH THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION. THIS ASSURES THE COMM. THAT EQUIP. CHANGES WILL NOT CAUSE INTERFERENCE TO ANOTHER STATION & THAT INSTALLATION OF NEW OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT
