Abstract: APPLICATION PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMITS. THE PERMIT IS USED TO ENUMERATE THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND MONITOR LEVEL OF FISHING ACTIVITIES. AMENDMENT B ADDS BLUEFISH TO THE NORTHEAST REGION PERMIT SYSTEM.
