Abstract: THE INTERSTATE COMMERCE COMMISSION (ICC) CONTRACTS FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES TO HELP ACCOMPLISH ITS MISSION. SOLICITATIONS ARE USED TO OBTAIN PROPOSALS AND BIDS FROM POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS.
