Information
collection approved for FY 85 only. Upon resubmission, FEMA will be
expected to show that, but for the organizational climate
assessment, the overall usefulness of the Organizational Analysis
and Renewal process (2 weeks in duration) would be negligible. FEMA
is encouraged to find alternative management tools to obviate the
need for the 1,000 burden hours levied by this information
collection over the next 11 months. Additionally, approval is
subject to respondents identifying themselves by rank and station
only, as well as not identifying their supervisors' names at
all.
