DRIVERS OF VEHICLES TRANSPORTING
MIGRANT WORKERS ARE REQUIRED TO PASS A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AND
MUST BE ISSUED A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE BY A PHYSICIAN AND THE DRIVER
MUST HAVE POSSESSION OF THE CERTIFICATE WHILE DRIVING.
