THE U.S. EXPORTER THAT IS PROVIDING THE REPLACEMENT PART OR
EQUIPMENT MUST FILE A REPORT WITH THE OFFICE O EXPORT
ADMINISTRATION WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF CLEARANCE OF THE REPLACEMENT
COMMODITY THROUGH CUSTOMS. EXPORTERS WHO USE THIS PROCEDURE DO NOT
HA TO FILE FOR AN EXPORT LICENSE.
