Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE USE OF THE FORM SSA-1388 IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE IF A CHILD IS ATTENDING SCHOOL ON A FULL-TIME BASIS IN ORDER FOR HIS/HER BENEFITS TO CONTINUE. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF UNMARRIED CHILDREN OVER AGE 18 AND UNDER AGE 19 WHO WISH TO BE ENTITLE TO SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS.
