MOTOR VEHICLE EQUIPMENT ARE REQUIR TO REPORT TO THIS AGENCY WHEN
THEY DETERMINE THAT DEFECTS OR NONCOMPLIANCES WITH SAFETY STANDARDS
EXIST IN THEIR EQUIPMENT, SO THAT THE AGENCY CAN MONITOR
RECALLS.
