UNRESOLVED ISSUES WHICH OCCURRED AT MEETINGS AT WHICH ORR
REPRESENTATIVES WERE NOT PRESENT AND WHICH REQUIRE ORR ATTENTION.

IMPLEMENTATION OF AND REPORTING ON QUARTERLY CONSULTATIONS ON
REFUGEE PLACEMENT AS REQUIRED IN PUBLIC LAW 97-363 (THE REFUGEE
ASISTANCE AMENDMENTS OF 1982), STATES ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO ORR
ON THEIR GENERAL AND SPECIFIC PLANS FOR SUCH CONSULTATIONS AND THE
RESULTS THEREOF.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
