TVA PLANS TO EVALUATE ITS OWN PROGRAM AND DETERMINE FUTURE
COMMODITY ASSISTANCE NEEDS. THIS INFORMATION WIL BE GATHERED BY
INTERVIEWING LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND BUSINESS
REPRESENTATIVES INVOLVED WITH VARIOUS ASPECTS OF FLOODPLAIN
MANAGEMENT
