VESSEL'S MANIFEST BY THEIR MARKS AND NUMBERS AND DESTINATION, A
CUMBERSOME PROCEDURE. THE PROPOSED ALTERNATIVE PROCEDURE WOULD
ALLOW THE NUMBER OF EMPTY CONTAINERS AND PORT OF DISCHARGE TO BE
SHOWN ON A LIST ATTACHED TO THE MANIFEST AND ALLOW EASIER
CORRECTIONS.
