RECORDS TO BE KEPT FOR COMPLIANCE PURPOSES AND FOR COMPILATION OF
AN ANNUAL AUDIT OF THE MECHANISM'S PERFORMANCE. SOME ARE PUBLICLY
AVAILABLE.
