PROVIDES THAT EACH PHA AND IHA SHALL MAINTAIN COMPLETE AND ACCURATE
BOOKS OF ACCOUNT AND RECORDS IN CONNECTION WITH OPERATION OF
LOW-INCOME PROJECTS AND THAT THE PHA SHAL FURNISH HUD FINANCIAL AND
OPERATING STATEMENTS ACCOMPANIED BY SUCH SUPPORTING DATA AS MAY BE
REASONABLY REQUIRED BY HUD. THE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS
FORM ARE IN HM 7510.1, LOW-RENT HOUSING ACCOUNTING HANDBOOK,
CHAPTER 13, DATED 11/73.
