SUBMIT TO HUD/GPA MONTHLY REQUESTS FOR INTEREST REDUCTION PAYMENTS
(I.R.P). THE FORM CONTAINS THE CURRENT MONTHLY INFORMATION THAT IS
ESSENTIAL TO THE COMPUTATION OF THE IRP AND PAYMENT BY THE GENERAL
ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS DIVISION PRIOR TO PAYMENT.
