DONCUDT STUDY FOR IRS (INCLUDING QUESTIONNAIRES, INTERVIEWS AND
FOCUS TESTING) TO DETERMINE TAXPAYER AND PRACTITIONER ATTITUDES AND
SUGGESTIONS TOWARD FEDERAL PAPERWORK BURDEN. THIS INFORMATION ALSO
WILL BE USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE BURDEN BASELINE STUDY (TO
DEVELOP NEW METHODOLOGY FOR COMPUTING PAPERWORK BURDEN).
