Abstract: THIS REGULATION SETS FORWARD THE PROCEDURES BY WHICH U.S. PRODUCERS OF PERISHABLE PRODUCTS CAN REQUEST EMERGENCY RELIEF FROM INJURIOUS INCREASED DUTY-FREE IMPORTS OF LIKE PRODUCTS FROM BENEFICIARY COUNTRIE UNDER THE CARIBBEAN ECONOMIC RECOVERY ACT (P.L. 98-67).
