Abstract: AS PART OF ITS MANDATE AND POLICYMAKING RESPONSIBILITIES, THE USTR BELIEVE THAT A PUBLIC OPINION SURVEY SHOULD BE CONDUCTED ON MATTERS WHICH IMPACT POLICY ISSUES. THIS WOULD ENHANCE USTR'S KNOWLEDGE OF TH PUBLIC AWARENESS AND KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN GRADE ISSUES AND SERVE AS SIGNIFICANT INPUT INTO FUTURE POLICY MAKING AND THE RESOLUTION OF RELATED ISSUES.
