Abstract: EIA-788C ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND EXPENDITURE DATA ARE COMBINED WITH EIA-788A/B NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDING CHARACTERISTICS DATA TO TRACK NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDING ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND EXPENDITURES AS RELATED TO BUILDIN CHARACTERISTICS.
