Abstract: A PROGRAM AGENCY AUTHORIZED TREASURY TO RECOVER PAYMENT THAT HAVE BEEN ISSUED AFTER THE DEATH OF THE BENEFICIARY. TFS FORM 133 IS USED BY TREASURY TO NOTIFY THE FINANCIAL ORGANIZATION (F.O.) OF THE F.O.'S ACCOUNTABILITY CONCERNING THE FUNDS AND/OR TO REQUEST THAT A PAYMENT B REFUNDED. WHEN THE F.O.
