THIS STUDY IS TO ESTIMATE THE NUMBER
OF LANGUAGE-MINORITY-LIMITED ENGLISH-PROFICIENT (LM-LEP) ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL STUDENTS RECEIVING SPECI SERVICES AND TO DESCRIBE THESE
SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF FUNDING SOURCE. DATA WILL BE COLLECTED FROM
TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS AT 221 LEAS AN 450 SCHOOLS TO ASSISTED
AND SEAS FORM POLICY AND DESIGN IMPACT EVALUATION.
