Abstract: FORM, WHEN APPROVED, SATISFIES THE REQUIREMENT THAT A REGISTRANT RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION FROM THE SECRETARY PRIOR TO ANY MOVEMENT OF CERTAIN NFA FIRARMS IN INTERSTATE OR FOREIGN COMMERCE.
