THESE REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT STATES
COMPLETE STATE PLAN AMENDMENTS IF THEY ELECT TO DISREGARD ANY
INCOME OF DEPENDENT CHILDREN DERIVED FR A PROGRAM CARRIED OUT BY
THE JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT OF 1982. TH STATE PLANS WILL BE
USED TO IDENTIFY AND MONITOR WHETHER STATE PRACTIC IS CONSISTENT
WITH THESE REGULATIONS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISE OF 54 STATE
JURISDICTIONS.
