Abstract: UNDER 10 CFR 212.78 (H) (S), IT IS MANDATORY THAT A QUALIFIED PRODUCER IDENTIFY WHICH OF THE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED ALLOWED EXPENSES WERE PREPAI A PRODUCER MUST CONTINUE TO FILE THESE REPORTS ANNUALLY UNTIL THEY HAV REPORTED THE ACTUAL USE OF ALL THE GOODS OR SERVICES CLAIMED ON PREPAI EXPENSES.
