UNDER WHICH PERSONS ENGAGED IN RESEARCH ON MENTAL HEALTH ALCOHOL,
AND OTHER PSYCHOACTIVE DRUGS, MAY APPLY FOR AN AUTHORIZATION UNDER
42 U.S.C. 242A(A) FOR THE PRIVILEGE TO PROTECT THE PRIVACY OF
RESEARCH SUBJECTS BY NOT HAVING TO RESPOND TO ANY COMPULSORY LEGAL
PROCESS TO COMPEL SUCH DISCLOSURE.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
